Any instrument, apparatus, equipment or device capable of being used to overhear, record, monitor or listen to a private conversation at the same time it takes place (section 4 of the Invasion of Privacy Act 1971 (Qld)).

The definition is very wide and captures obvious devices, such as tape recorders, through to devices that might only record as an ancillary purpose, such as mobile phones.

When is it legal to record a conversation in Queensland?

It is legal for a person involved in a conversation to record that conversation (section 43(2) of the Invasion of Privacy Act 1971 (Qld)).

It does not matter whether:

the conversation is face to face, telephone or via any other electronic means; or
any other parties involved in the conversation are aware it is being recorded.

Very intriguing OP, first account of GS I've heard of in Aus.

If all of your calls are intercepted, why not just go to an office and talk to someone in person? Or do you think the phonebook has been tampered with and you'll show up at a fake office full of "imposters" who are all being paid to fuck your life up?

Good observation ....and I've already given a few examples of turning up to officeS....( police/ lawyers/ crime commission and others /. ) .but and its a big but....we either get blocked...or we get to see someone initially then later these same people/ entities either ignore or won't do anything more for me...

anyway stay tuned for the next big subject loaded with interceptions etc..

In the next set of incidences there's a couple of very, very good examples of fronting up to offices only to be irrationally BLOCKED....shut down etc...

Just one thing I will address ....is the accusation of being some kind of copycat from years ago.....(has come up more than once.)

This is interesting for a number of reasons.......

It's highly possible/ plausible that these satanists/interferers... Use the same methodology over and over again... ( and this makes a lot of sense..) especially if it works exceptionally well....and more importantly, allows them to remain firmly in the shadows...

For example....the first process they do once you've been selected for G.S....is to build up a comprehensive profile....they want to know everything...and I mean everything.....people u know....places. U go...
The.state of your finances... Your history ...etc etc.(.and maybe! They get lucky and they get some dirt on you...)

(This stalking lasted for about 6 mths or so...For me...

Luckily during this very early period I was tipped off by the casino staff..)

( I obtained some really good film of a pair that was pointed out to me....they were sitting right behind me in a blind spot for me.....I moved to a rather obscure part of the casino....10 mins later one of them positioned himself again behind me...listening into my conversations etc..)

at this point, I didn't worry too much about this heavy tagging of me....as I stupidly thought that being innocent and a cleanski would protect me. Etc...

Anyway I digress....back to the subject at hand...

Next phase the satanists move on to....is obviously minor or major disruption in your life....eg. Lose your job....breaking and entering....( lots and lots of stuff they can make happen.....)

ANYWAY...
So it's no surprise that maybe others have hit the forums with similar type stories....

The really unfortunate aspect is that I think around 70% of targeted individuals are never really aware of what's happening around them...
Some T.I s....put everything that's happening down to, just bad luck or coincidence etc...

Later I will go through the tricks/questions/observations/ basic tactics....In determining if you are infact being targeted......

In this post I will try and do / explain two things at once ....

About 8 posts back Lance bought up an interesting question about how G.Stalking can affect you.....does it make you stronger...

And the obvious answer is yes and no.....
It all depends on each person.......

for a person who is not aware or "awake " to how the world works/operates etc....then the stress of these events will quickly take this person down...
This person will be neutralized or institutionized or make an exit from life...

On the other hand if you are somewhat "awake",,,,to how much evil is really out there and operating quite free from any type of restrictions.... Then this understanding can greatly help you get through the often series of evil attacks....

To quote a famous Russian........whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger!!!!

The above poster. LANCE. mentioned magick.....in relation to enduring or combating these attacks..

..I've decided not to explain my theories regarding magick (which certainly exists) because it will possibly derail my main purpose in posting here.....whatever I could say on this very broad subject would only be. A magnet for the trolls...

However in the next post I will give an example/story of a phenomenon very similar to magick.....that happened in the early stalking DAYZ ....

Ok.....this post is about serendipity......something abit like karma...something abit like luck....something a lot like magick...

First a little background info...

Back in the early stalking days.....I was going to a certain large casino....for about 7 mths, I was averaging three or four times a week....each visit, possibly lasting 12 hrs or so...

I have a friendly demeanor ....and made friends very easily...especially the security staff...croupiers etc..fellow gamblers...

Incidently ..a casino is a very, very easy place to strike up conversations...all you need to do is ask the person beside you, how they are going? Winning or ??..........fairly soon some people will tell you their life situation etc...

I played blackjack ....craps....roulette....and I wasn't really worried about winning or losing.....just there for the distraction...(.I get bored easy.)..

At the five month mark I was alerted to the fact I was being tagged ....mainly when I was wandering about the place.

..( I might have said this before...but the stalkers/ interfers had a bad habit of not gambling whatsoever.....which at a casino makes you a person of interest...)(for obvious reasons..)
. Plus they used certain people over and over again.....

The last 2 months I mostly played poker....there was only six tables and always full. So you had to put your name up on a display board....and they would text you when there was a spare seat.....

To cut along story short...the staff operating the poker room started to tell me that they were being manipulated into placing me next to certain people....( interfers.......who would start off with some light chatter but then the subject matter would become quite heavy and hardly the conversation you would have with a stranger, in a public place...)
towards the end the security staff suggested I take a long holiday....as the people moving in on me...well let's just say....weren't the nicest people...)

and I did give it away...as I was getting bored with the casino etc....anyway...

so let's analyze what happened...

So this choice of venue, entertainment,interactions, my personality proved to be a classic case of what I call serendipity.....

I can't really think of a place where there's so much security, the casinos have thousands of cameras, ......these cameras picked up patterns of the interfers arriving mainly minutes after me......and to the eagle eyed security staff noticed that they moved in, most times when I was conversing ( at some length) with people at one of the bars or lounges or whatever ....

And being the friendly person I am....and the fact they had quickly realized that I was one of the good guys.....they at first subtly mentioned what was happening.....until eventually, staff were getting heavily manipulated in setting these interactions up....

So that's why I call it like karma/ serendipity/ luck/ magick........because if I had been a total arsehole...these normal people would never had approached me in the first instance.........and I wouldn't have received the huge revelation that I was in the very early days of being a targeted individual ....

So I will leave you with the same motto as I always do...
And now it has taken on a more relevant meaning...

Well, they are not happy....and By they I mean the ...interferers ....

I'm not going into details but there was an attempt on my life yesterday.....
Made me quite sick and luckily another person was quick to work out. What was going on....

I believe, there's real concern amongst them about the next subject I'm going to talk about.... and I need to address this intelligently ...

Therefore....

To protect myself and other innocents, in this next subject I am going to have to change a lot of details....but the gist of what I am going to outline, will remain crystal clear.....

It takes place in new south wales....

It's about a court hearing....

Its about a court order...

A powerful but corrupt group took me to court....

However I discovered that the court order they were operating under was a fabrication....( court order was faked in march 2016...)...

I took the court order to a printing expert....who closely examined it and came to the firm conclusion that the order was as fake as a 3 dollar bill....
The expert showed me why it was a fake and how it was faked....

The fakers/interferers had obtained a real court order ....placed a piece of paper over the main body of the order with what they wanted to gain authority to do....but leaving the header or heading exposed and the information at the base, that was all the contact information of this court exposed...

Very roughly fabricated....as they then photocopied the two pieces of paper...making it look like one complete order..........the base of the order with the contact information, was totally unreadable.....whilst the body of the order was printed perfectly clear....

There was also a line running from just below the header down to just above where the contact information started.....this line was infact the edge of the piece of paper that had been placed over a real order...

Ok that sounds fairly convoluted and maybe hard to follow...but the best evidence is yet to come....

Ok so the other side put in an application...

I immediately counter claimed with evidence of the court order being fraudulent .....

My submission was mainly two pages of evidence to the above fact....AND I requested that the court order be forensically examined....

Now just a little background here...how this court works...
There's a very powerful position called a registar....and he or she handles the case right up until the court hearing....

The registrars basic power is to either give the green or red light to an application.....the reason this power is bestowed on him is so the courts aren't clogged up with frivolous or stupid illogical applications getting their day in court....so the registrar heavily. Vets or screens all applications.....and only a few get through ,
if for any reason the application isnt valid well they don't get a court date....

I immediately called the registar handling the applications/ submissions and informed him that the court order was infact a fake and discussed the matter for an hour....the registrar wouldn't have it....kept Putting up various weak arguements why it was real and authentic....even though the order had all the faults that I outlined in the last post.....PLUS other facts...

Then I suddenly realized ......perhaps I was talking to an interceptor....so I out of the blue i asked him a question that even a junior in his department would know instantly.....and the question was this.....

What does the certified true copy stamp look like that this court uses...??
( just to fill in what I'm asking....there's an original court order that never leaves the case file.) but of course there's always a large number of people who want or need copies of this original order.....

..these copies of the original are stamped with a bright green stamp, square in shape and printed ...this is a true copy of the original....then the. Principle registar Name....it's then signed inside the square....

The registar I was talking to had hundreds of employees under him who used this stamp all the time....the registrar would've seen and used it himself thousand and thousands of times......

BUT guess what.....he dodged the question....a few times in a row.....refused to answer.....and asked me to describe it to him...

..I gave him a hint...it's in a square and green......he had no idea what it looked like....he again. Turned the question onto me ....have you a problem with that stamp....I said NO...I want you to describe it.....you've seen it a million times ( ok possibly an exaggeration there but) .....he was getting irrational and nervous and tried every tactic to change the subject...( this went on for 5 minutes)..finally in mid sentence he had no other escape but to simply hang up on me....

Long winded I know....but this was just the first interceptor that I would encounter leading up to the court case.......more evidence and more conclusive evidence to come....

What's disturbing is that they have the weapons to attack, control and manipulate from a distance and that people aren't speaking up about it. Think how many must know.

But don't want to expose the big game because the elite amongst them, will DEFINATELY destroy these people who even try to expose exactly what's taking place....
