Does Anyone Have any Experience dealing with PSYCHIC ATTACKS?

95% of it will fall into emotional control.

Manipulation is normally a derivative of influencing or controlling another persons emotions. You'll need to learn to differentiate between your emotions and things that cause you to feel.

Which can be tricky as you have microbes in your body that make you feel as well your own subconscious, so you'll need to learn which are your thoughts, the microbes and the intruders. The best way to do this is simply asking yourself questions on why you feel something? what caused it? and can it be viewed differently?

Be observant of your feelings, the more you understand them the greater control you will have over them and the less control anyone else will have over you and your emotions. In the end it's a battle of control, they will try to draw you into your own mind as it's easier to keep your attention and with attention comes influence. Like the Indian tale of two wolves, one good and one evil, which will survive? The one you feed.

So try to stay out of your mind as much possible unless you need to do wet work and learn about yourself and your emotions and you should fair just fine.

Thank you for that insight. I had come across a similar thought a few days ago that made me realize that I am WAY too reactive. To your comment, something pops into my mind...often unprovoked or for no obvious reason..that can completely change my mood. Often a small comment by someone else sets me off...justifiably in my mind...but really, its an overreaction.

This fast has really helped to balance me out. Just finished the first week and my ability to control my emotions, and mouth, is much improved.

Kind of seems like peoples mouths are their Achilles heel lol

He went to many people for help
Finally to a doctor who stated he has micro.hemorrhaging of the brain!
Turned out to be accurate, he had used drugs !
Exercise and rest did it as well as friends to keep him socially active!
He did pray this is true but wasn't religious in 3 months re overy

I am prone to anemia, so long fasts are a no no for me,

Yes, I have and it was weird - caused a lot of strange occurrences.

There were 2 individuals I was in communication with, both negative, both dark and behaved like "frienemies" towards me. One being my younger brother who was (and probably still is) dealing with drug and alcohol abuse. He would be sweet as could be one moment and then the next trying to engage me in arguments and making negative comments towards me. I won't go into all the details because it's not important.

Anyway, strange things were happening in my home. I had plumbing problems. A carpenter ant infestation. Feeling blah and moody, sensing daggers coming my way. I also got a really nasty sinus infection when all this was going on and another incident involving sciatic nerve back pain. It was odd for me to have back-to-back physical problems because I'm in good health, rarely ever get sick or have back problems.

First thing I did was cut off the people that were dark, negative. Didn't talk to them anymore and had to adjust my focus and thoughts away from them. Thoughts are energy. Thinking of an individual sends a channel of communication to them, it opens up an energetic channel. You have to stop thinking of them, cleanse your mind.

Next I cleansed my home. I called in a plumber to fix the plumbing issues which discovered the carpenter ant nest (yikes that was frightening). I immediately called an exterminator upon discovering the carpenter ants in my home, ASAP. I started reading up on feng shui, putting some of those principles into practice, and amazed how it did shift the energy in my home. What was really helpful was eliminating clutter. I went through every closet, drawer, etc and got rid of everything that I no longer used.

I "smudged" my home with sage (burned sage).

I focused on my physical well being - went through a diet cleanse of sorts, went for walks, hikes in nature, made sure to get enough sleep, avoided any kind of depressants like alcohol, etc.

This psychic attack happened a little over a year ago. The changes I made seemed to have worked. I don't have any of the drama in my life. Life is quiet, peaceful and I'm content.

sure.. analyze for some other cause and if none found.. white light yourself and send the giver Packing in the name of Jesus Christ. Its that simple folks.

Mind travels thru the "air".. quite easily. Look for gremlins...they are dark splotches than can be visible either with eyes or inner eyes. Those you can legally and morally uncreate.. for there are packets as such sent by dark beings. You cannot uncreate them.. but you can uncreate the citters they send. Do it enough times and the dark being will decide he doesn't want to be shrunk and leave you alone

I'm not sure who is doing what, but I am grateful. It is obvious that I am receiving help and support of nature because of your efforts.

I grew up being taught to be self sufficient and never ask for help or anything from anyone, so I hope to have the opportunity to repay these kindnesses somehow.

How would you describe a psychic attack?

That's a good question, and I don't have any specific insights other than what I am going through.

If you look at how the American Republic has been attacked, I would say it has happened from the inside. The educational system has been completely co-opted which means that within a generation this country will have citizens that don't understand what a Republic is. The legal system, medical system and financial systems are all corrupt...and the corruption developed from within.

I would say that, like the American Republic, most people have the intestinal fortitude to withstand hardships that come their way. What is more difficult to fight is the insidious, small chipping away of the human spirit. Each individual act is hard to see and quantify, and none are anything close to bringing someone down...but over time it aggregates.

This attack can come from a societal standpoint, a stranger working in the aggregate, or from someone within the persons personal circle.

I think it is impossible to make a blanket statement what a psychic attack is...but when you experience it you will know.

I have and any of these 3 things will work to clear up the problem:

3) use the phrase "kodoish kodoish kodoish adonai tsebaoth"
this means "Holy Holy Holy Lord God of Armies"

Pick one of these and recite as you imagine yourself bathed in light.

It's a tool. It can be good or bad. It depends if you're pointing the hammer at what you need to get done or at your forehead.

Day 15 of my fast. I haven't really been able to meditate or focus much on intentions. Pretty physically demanding to the exclusion of psychic work

I sometimes get seep paralysis when I'm working. I can make my eyes move even though I can't open them

If sleep paralysis happens, try moving your eyes side to side while you can't open them and this can 'wake' you up

Just a thought I had to tell you, as when I fast, I sometimes get too tired to wake myself up from battle and find myself 'stuck'.
