I am a professor of psychology at Palo Alto University and a research psychologist.

This is totally different than being a "practicing" psychologist.

I know everyone is grabbing at strings, but this is not a string to grab.

Also, even if she was illegally practicing psychology on patients without a license, that wouldn't make her testimony perjury since she was actually offering the service.

She's a lying twat but this is really a stretch. She has a PhD in psychology and teaches it at a University, something you do not need a license to do.

This appears to include titles like “research psychologist.” There is one specific exemption to the law regarding the title “school psychologist,” which refers to school counselors who do not need to be licensed. School psychologists are legally forbidden from referring to themselves as simply “psychologists."

Well can't she be her own lawyer as according to Forbes magazine she would make the perfect supreme court judge even though she is not qualified to be lawyer and never even attended law school! There are major "what if" situations regarding Dr. Ford identifying herself as a psychologist. If she charged for services as a psychologist this could be a criminal case.

She is also subject to discipline by by the California Board of Psychology. I would suggest everyone on this site report her to the Board for unlawful practice as a psychologist.

If the University she works for is receiving any federal grants, and I would bet they have numerous grants, and they listed Dr. Ford as a licensed psychologist they could be in jeopardy of having the funding removed and paying back the grantor with interest.

This could get very interesting if any of this could be proved.
