Neither 60 minutes nor a sitting US senator should be publically speculating about the outcome of an ongoing FBI investigation.

BK should have been honest about the black out drinking. But instead he perjured himself under oath. Kill shot coming (figuratively speaking). He's done.

You can't on one hand say Clinton should be impeached for lying under oath about sex and then say Kavanaugh should be left untouched if he lied about heavy drinking.

It's the cover up that gets you, not the crime. If he had said he drank heavily in college, got totally hammered on occasion, it wouldn't really have been that big a deal.

Of course not. But you can't prove someone lied based on he said- he said allegations, especially when new witnesses are coming out denying his binge-drinking.

Somebody should ask Flake about his son being indicted for animal cruelty in Arizona in 2014.

Austin Flake, Flakey's son was in charge of a boarding kennel in Gilbert Az, where 21 dogs died of suffocation and heat related complications in 2014.

Austin Flake and his wife were indicted by a Grand Jury in October of 14, along with the owners of the kennel. The county attorney Bill Montgomery, a close friend and supporter of both John McCain and Flakey, dropped the case on Christmas eve of 2014, as a favor to McCain and Flake.
Many have noted that Montgomery had and still has major office political aspirations.

But we in Az have never forgotten this despicable act of cruelty. Imagine 28 dogs in a 9 by 12 foot room on a 106 degree summer night in AZ, which means that each dog, and some were larger breeds, had a 2 ft. by 2 ft. space to stand that night. When Flakey jr. discovered the dead dogs the next day, he lied to owners who called to pick up their dogs saying they had run away ...

The indictment was reinstated the next year, but Flakes son and wife were not part of indictment, and ended up leaving the state. The owners of the kennel did some minimal jail time ... but the Flakes got off without any charges.

Interesting to note the BYU kicked Flakey jr out of the university

So hear we have Jeff Flake talking about justice and lying to courts how butthurt he is that the senate cant convict a man on hearsay.

But when his own son committed animal cruelty he used all the political influence he coudl muster to interfere with
justice against his own son.
