I used to supplement with it every day. At one point, I was walking outside before a thunderstorm with my earbuds in listening to the radio. I kept getting an electrical shock from one earbud to the other....through my brain. It was a really odd sensation, and I stopped the regiment after that.

I did see a positive effect, but it easily could have been a placebo effect as well. That said, I ended up quitting my job and career shortly after, so maybe it did work.
