Also this may be a Google Drive related issue. When this laptop updated to Win 10 1809 it downloaded 50 GB of files from Google back to itself. I have unlimited cellular data at home, I used just over 400 GB of my cellular plan on the router at home last month. Many users [heck--most users] may not have such bandwidth available to them. 1 billion people on the planet own home computers Quoting: Rudy Reindeer that are nothing but boat anchors because of Windows 10. I have a ten-year old laptop that's running Windows 10. Good for you my friend. You had not used it for a year, now it works again.
