The control over the mind from the definition of government (from your paper.)

Much of the current political theatre is just that; a distraction from things of more import.
One side wants you to remember that you have the right and freedom to perceive whatever exists. It is Order.
An other side wants you to believe that you have no rights or individuality and, thus, no perspective that you control. It is Chaos. The horde is really being used to demoralize you (along with every other impropriety that Chaos promotes) so that you forget about what binds you together with everyone/everything else.

So, it's not so much that some gods created these events as it is we are finding out about ourselves and thus, creating this Chaos/Order split?

This is a kind of science unto itself and I think it will be many years before people really start exploring this, but it's just the way the universe works. One algorithm endlessly repeated into everything that exists.
(There is also the 'seat of time' in one's house or workplace, for example. Each functions in ways that are relative to it.)
The 'gods' are the natural forces of the 123 forming reality (Order, Being, Chaos -- Past, Present, Future -- Input, Processing, Output; etc) with expressions on Earth and the solar system.
These gods are aspects of your own perspective.
Further, if we imagine that one's sense of time is mirrored in the Great Pyramid, then its passageways are the same as the neuronal valleys, blockages, holes, peaks, tunnels, etc., of one's sense of time.
...with each 'geometrical' characteristic needing a logical narrative to go along with it. Each inch down a certain passageway represents a day in the human sense of time. So a big drop to the so-called queen's chamber correlates to September 9, 2001. It's not predicting 9/11 because 9/11 is just the logical narrative for the relationship.
