LOL! hang up and call again you will get some one else , ive been livid on the phone many times with those idiots! It was Bell again. I tried their online help before I called and that wasn't available. BELL sucks! Most incompetent customer service ever. yeah delete Bell , holy shit they suck i remember when i had bell home phone you call long distance they would charge a 2:50 connection fee shit hole company I called for my Dad because I was trying to get his accounts consolidated...again. Where they live, they can't really get much else.
