Yep as soon as I hear that 'Would you like to buy a Slurpie?" voice I know Im in for trouble.  Lol I just called Bell Canada THREE times and dealt with this THREE times. It brought my headache back. :/ did they speak english? try being more FIRM and almost rude with them they understand it better I always asks for a English speaking manager well Bell has none its all outsourced and the call is going to india!
