Not well. The second time I called, the woman who picked up was laughing. I thought I had accidentally called the wrong number because she was laughing and didn't say anything so I was like, "Hello???" And then I told her what I wanted done. She said she couldn't do it because I wasn't the owner of the account. I then told her that my Dad has it documented on his account that my sister or I can deal with his account stuff. That's when her phone started cutting out like she was on a cell phone. She then told me to hang up and call back...which I thought was funny since they're a phone company!
