I work as a medical biller in a doctor's office and frequently call health insurances.
One at a time each of them I've found have that all too familiar voice on the other end which tells me it's another job sent overseas.

More and more of them even local insurances have outsourced their customer service to India.

Yet I see deductibles coinsurances going up and more money having to come out of patients pockets and less out of the insurances. Yet they cut costs shipping jobs overseas???
