The "Presidential alerts": they are capable of accessing the E911 chip in your phones - giving them full access to your location, microphone, camera and every function of your phone. This not a rant, this is from me, still one of the leading cyber security experts. Wake up people!

I was thinking on the lines of something being implanted into the mind through programs such as Instagram, Facebook because of the facial recognition stuff they have gone on with those apps. Those are really being pushed, such as the "Try this style of hair" kind of apps as well.

It could have been that this so-called "Test" that went on yesterday, was a test to make sure that all cellphones, or as many as they can get possible, were connected to whatever they have planned. I'm thinking "zombies" who have been programmed through those apps to start going around killing each other randomly because it.

Then there's the movie called "Cell" where they turn people into zombies through the phone. Could this be the beginning? BTW, I got the alert, also. However, I made sure that I wasn't even in the same room when it went off. I felt a little leary about this.

Not to mention, that yesterday, our local Minneapolis tornado warning went off for it's monthly check. However, afterward, it went off again, but this time, it was a different sound than the tornado warning alarm that was heard just before that. This wasn't the first time I'd heard this weird tornado alarm.

I'd heard this weird alarm go off in April during Minnesota's Tornado Drill Day. I thought it was strange because it just wasn't right. I think that there has to be something to do with it all connected.

then explain why they chose to do it at 2:18? why not 3 or 1 or 4? why such an uneven number? and while you're at it, did you notice yesterday the day of the test was 10-3-2018 @ 2:18? Surely you see 2018 and 2:18? smdh

I think it was actually just a test. They can access your cell phone at anytime without you knowing, the fact that they left a message instead of just creeping in means there was a reason behind it. I think some in the government have a real fear of civil war or global conflict and they are taking every precaution.

i don't know if i will receive your reply should you answer, i get Reditt but never any from here. but i know one person who did not get the notice. Mine was about `1/2 late so i missed whatever emergency;), and she has ATT@T. Her friend does as well and did receive notice. I didn't ask if they are located near ea other, it was on a web site. Here, my cuz has ATT@T and got it. We are in rural area about 8-26 mi to town no matter which way you go, in the Black Hills. I have Verizon as here at moms that is the only reception always has been that way. So i too wondered, hmm. Oh, the person i know on web called ATT@T and they told her, no not all got the notice. it does make you wonder doesn't it?

I have my alerts turned off and got it just the same.
