Re: broken on the horn
so this very complex question of free will and the notion of what to do with the ability free people have to commit atrocities, well it's really a hard one but I propose we create a dimension for those bad people to go, and they could just be put there as a punishment, and then we could torture them. I don't see the point in letting them out again. we'll call this cosmic trash can hell and if you are in heaven, I think it's fine to look down on that realm with a healthy dose of schadenfreude now and then.

you know dante had to learn from virgil that the greatest minds in human history from greek eras were all in various circles of hell even though jesus hadn't been born yet? I mean if the unbaptized babies have to stay in purgatory than the maybe just like one of the more 'laid' back circles of hell, and dante went along with this because you know, well...rules are rules...

if you wrote the rules can you still utterly fuck up the programming somehow? mind control is the original conspiracy because nonviolent coercion is the most cost-efficient solution to conflict. how can something so simple as "worship me or die" be interpreted as some kind of spiritual revelation? yes we have evolved. for those individuals perhaps it was very special, but somehow they got sacred out of a thing that was like, "okay now kill your kid for my jollies. will you do it?" I mean come on, God is like THIS, but a snake offers to give you the knowledge to stop whipping yourself to make your cosmic parent stop trying to flood everything and start over, that's abusive and dysfunctional story of mankind's childhood, oof.

our cosmic dad is an entity which was highly sexually frustrated but couldn't do it with himself, and it made him so irritable that one day the nemesis appeared to await the invention of hell, but god didn't want to admit he'd just taken all the embarrassing parts and all them parts that had anger issues and made them this sandwhich of cosmic misfortune where you get to battle all four of the horseman and satan at the same time...

come on now humanity....it's time to admit you were abused

Re: broken on the horn
well, what if you got free will because there is no fun in getting energy from something which can't disagree? that must be sort of empty
of course God hated eve from the start, she called bullshit on paradise because they were just running around naked like little pets and she was only supposed to keep the first thing he made amused. what a bother.

I think the consciousness of the judgeo christain god couldn't make sense of good and evil existing in the same person...there was no way to maintain all this vast cosmic archtitecture if people are going to be too complex for perfect jdugement. no, you are going to reveal your truely satan or that you're an actual child of the true god. you cannot be too complex for that, because that is how it goes. sorry.

Re: broken on the horn
so basically, the best piece of predictive programming ever written is known as revelations. it's perfectly self contained. when somebody says things which hurts the intended storyline, that's the exact way that you know they are the evil false prophet whose existence confounds true light. so at any time, if I am not endorsing your religion, you are finding new possible ways to fit me into your antichrist triangle where everything else incompatible with your scripts also goes to be forgotten

Re: broken on the horn
have you ever wondered why, if torture and trauma exist, why does god let it happen?

for mind control...

lol

the universe we live in will be just only if we make it just.
Quoting: Light of my Little Left Eye

Yes, Evil is the net short-circuit of freely chosen ill-will.

Evil effects all (your omni-connectedness dissertation, evil is reflected in every droplet distributed on indra's web). However, that which self-fills with light shares light. Just as that which refuses light blinds, defiles and at all costs kills that which might see. Killing, it must be killed. But the light and the lighted one heals, restores vision, restores life. Giving life, it must be ever enlivened.

At some time, only those which love the light remain.

do you guys think it's possible that the battle between God and satan is actually just a war between two separate extradimensional entities vying for power over reality?
Quoting: Light of my Little Left Eye

Yes, yet there is only one root of all things. One is the root, one is a thirsty disconsolate.

The good news is that a lot of people have caught on to all this and live happy normal lives off grid, being born at home with a midwife, with no social security number and their lives are between them and the woods they live in.
 Quoting: rockstar101

Knock, knock Neo... ;) Oh, and ignore the white rabbit.

Gross paraphrase (please excuse my boldness, see [1] footnote for original): The vortex birthed of the egg consummating and energizing the web of totality (especially, I suppose, of the conscious part). This consummation in (I think, from previous context) torturous violence...
Quoting: Light of my Little Left Eye

Separate the offence of the vile from the experience of the fortunate, if you might.

There are young women that make it to marriage having never been raped in any way. As uncommon as this may be--especially these days, in the "recent post-pubescence of humanity" if you will--it is nevertheless possible that a woman be a virgin at her first, adult consummation.

In the hormone-rush of desire, the breaking of the hymen and the attending discomfort of penetration is little considered violence. Especially when the male party is not an imbecile, and is able to fully arouse his virgin prior to his first penetration. This is no unknown monster. No, he is a well known, yes, well felt and well flowed upon object of all desire.

Is this common? No. Unfortunately it is not. Has it happened? Does it happen? Yes.

So, let us let the uncommon, the anomaly, the sought after essence be the odor we imbibe and consider. Not the common.

There is the pretender. The rapist. The violent who would seduce us to pluck out both eyes if only we might acquire by force the stature of the creator. But its end is to be make-believe, pretend, truly without being. Eyes, ears, knowing and knowledge lost as a summer sunset when the crickets sing in gentle eulogy.

But there is also the root of all things. Who, maybe, considered from the infancy of time whether the created could bear the weight of will. He played out every option, every possibility, every turn and twist... and every straight path of the just. In every possibility there were only few that could bear the weight. So few. Torn and tortured by the froth of the incontinent, ejaculous many. Yet in every conception, there were those few.

Seeing these, he freely granted will to the created.

Waiting for these few, he watches. Pouring out light as it is accepted. He waits for the healers, the healed, the light bearers. These know his hands. These with satisfaction unbounded wait upon his coming (sp?). In, upon, within. Consuming like a lover, not like a fire. Consummating. Oneness. Light upon light.

It is curious and unexpected who actually attains the stature of the eternal. So be it.

Re: broken on the horn
Thanks for the great posts op. What's the difference between a horn and a horn?

A lot of this drama seems to be about the Cosmic Mother. All of these Christians are going around saying they are "born again" from a Him. It's kind of mental, but the myths go back to support it. The Bible even gloats about destroying the Goddess temples.

They push a creation myth of Eve being made from Adam's rib. We could accept that, go, "What came first, the chicken or the egg", believe something else entirely, evolution, or whatever. But we all experience the concept of creation and it's part of the belief system even in the Big Bang.

It's more logical to me to accept creation as a core component of Creation and all men that we see were created by a woman. Is there a Father that has not a Mother? They are different. Mother - Mother gives a loop, like two eggs, or the xx, infinity, and the rib removed, xy, for fractal differentiation.

So the horn comes out of the egg, they could both exist at the same time if one prefers, but really, the horn comes out of the egg and goes back in.

Maybe to keep from having endless iterations the Goddess, like Kali, comes to judge and if she doesn't like it devours it up. The Jennifer Lawrence movie, Mother, comes to mind.

The elite with all their power and delusions of grandeur could be snuffed with the bat of an eyelash of the big momma dragon. Here's to hoping daddy dragon polishes this place up and gets the clocks spinning in the right direction again.

screaming defiance with the last breath,
to spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the Last Day.”

Well...to be fair, being Satan isn't illegal.

You told me you worked with Satan directly and that Satan 'felt comfortable with you'.

I was working through some things when I said that.

I was scared for another.

I didn't want what happened to me, to happen to her. I felt like it was happening, and it was my fault. That being my friend on this thread, led to it happening and I was completely powerless to stop it.

That is why I said what I said.

It may have been rash but I was rather desperate at that moment.

listen to this song and feel the warm california air coming off the pacific on the back deck as the world becomes enlightened, except you don't see the sun rise because the roof of the house blocks that. seagulls scream. waves crash. some lady in white pants walks her little doggy around. gently smoking misty ultra lights and drinking overpriced coffee from a marilyn monroe mug while wearing a horizontal striped tshirt, bed head hair fashionably done in the wee hours of the morning to make it look like you just woke up to the old people on the deck next door. blue dock shoes. check. tight khakis. check.

I crossed some out because it's too lengthy to answer all at once, but this way it's still there and readable [or if not readable, prompts clicking back to your post to read]
But your mention of Dante [and not the Bible] as a source for "HELL" 'info' seems appropriate-

A BRIEF HISTORY OF HELL

ROOTS IN PAGAN BELIEFS: The ancient Egyptians believed in a fiery hell. The Book Ȧm-Ṭuat, dated 1375 B.C.E., speaks of those who “shall be cast down headlong into the pits of fire; and . . . shall not escape therefrom, and . . . shall not be able to flee from the flames.” Greek philosopher Plutarch (c.46-120 C.E.) wrote of those in the world below: “[They] raised a cry of wailing as they underwent fearful torments and ignominious and excruciating chastisements.”

SECTS OF JUDAISM ARE INFECTED
: The historian Josephus (37-c.100 C.E.) reported that the Essenes, a Jewish sect, believed that “the souls are immortal, and continue forever.”

He added: “This is like the opinion of the Greeks . . . They allot to bad souls a dark and tempestuous den, full of never-ceasing punishments.”

INTRODUCED INTO “CHRISTIANITY”
: In the second century C.E., the apocryphal book Apocalypse of Peter said of the wicked: “There is spread out for them unquenchable fire.”
It also stated: “Ezrael, the angel of wrath, brings men and women with the half of their bodies burning and casts them into a place of darkness, the hell of men; and a spirit of wrath chastises them.”

During the same time period, writer Theophilus of Antioch quotes the Greek prophetess Sibyl as foretelling the punishments of the wicked:
“Upon you burning fire shall come, and ever ye shall daily burn in flames.” These are among the words that Theophilus says are “true, and useful, and just, and profitable to all men.”

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread...

Ironic, isn't it?

Only the ego is offended.

An impulse acted-upon in haste...

Indeed.

But if discernment is used to one's own good - other's too, then wouldn't this be more beneficial than judging?

One would have to accept the practice of discernment and also how to judge their own as well as another's actions without judging the person or themselves.

Yes, it is a "third-way," which if used properly avoids the polarity-trap.

People can learn and better themselves despite their mistakes they've made.

Or, they can become worse.

Depending on which technique is used, could very-well affect whether they do "become" better or worse...

It's a HUMAN condition.

And also a HUMAN frailty at its finest.
