She points out that Kavanaugh can be quite huggy-huggy liberal for my tastes, such as his comments about same-sex rulings and legislation. Even though he drops in ideological merit, the really idiotic games played by the Democrats still is crap.

I'm wary of Kavanugh's political orientation (closeted liberal?) after Collins' speech, but I can say strongly that the claims against him by Ford and others is a mountain of liberal bullshit.

Agree it's helping take down the cabal. Respectfully disagree on the "nothing to hide" argument though, which assumes honest authorities with good intentions 100% of the time, who never abuse their power. We all know that's not true, hence "Spygate", this forum, etc.

She gave an eloquent speech that was thoughtfully prepared and delivered, and I was happy to see a woman in the Senate finally show some common sense decency and reason by upholding the basic principle of innocence until proven guilty. That said, the entire shit-show was truly appalling to witness.
