Every week it's the same. I fall asleep during the first hour. Currently listening to the podcast while surfing the web.

The problem I see today is that women abuse their bodies by CHOOSING to consistently make poor food choices. Far too many carbohydrates and processed foods that make them obes. This of course not only makes one unattractive but unhealthy. Unhealthy is unattractive to a prospective mate.

Of course men do this too, I’m not picking on women, it’s just that culture puts pressure on women to be beautiful and it is the topic at hand.

Unfortunately our FDA and governemnt agencies have been bought by corporate interests at the expensive of the citizens. The food pyramid is essentially upside down. Breads and grains should be the LEAST consumed food group. Fats are good for the brain and nervous system. Part of the reason we are seeing an increase in Alzheimer’s disease, for example.

Finally, we should be good stewards of our bodies because it is a gift from God.

Watch these educational video series like “Regain your Brain” or “The Skinny on Fat”. If you want good health theses will change your life, and the shape of your body!

I said that myself that one of the main differences between men and women is obviously morphology! Our brains are different even as our hips are different. It's like DUH!

But the real causes of tension lie in the etheric and astral aspects of both men and women and are the source of disease and sickness as well as social strife and unrest.

One aspect of humanity should not seek to dominate the other if the true meaning and purpose for their collective function in nature is to be realized and achieved...aka reproduction!

Otherwise there is plenty of perversion and sickness waiting to manifest from the mental plane. Like AI and human/android robotic trans-humanist nightmare control systems.

Humanity needs to take stock in what it actually IS! And we are more than just physical, we are energetic and desire/emotional beings as well. Much of the sickness and disease of humanity has a psychologic component.
