Good idea, I was saying this on my thread 2 days ago. Water, canned food for 3 weeks to a month if needed. Gas, batteries, bags, etc.

Think it’ll hit New England? Some of what I’ve seen looks like it could go up whole east coast.

Yes, it's possible the storm will travel fast and retain enough energy up there for tropical storm/borderline cat 1 force winds.

TV weather already shows it becoming a Cat 2 well before landfall and Cat 1 way before previous models.Not good.............

About 2 months ago weather experts were warning about that super warm gulf loop and now, here we go.

Storm Leslie. It was born from the remnants of Florence and has been wandering around the Atlantic for some weeks now. If Leslie is still around in two weeks then it will likely have broken the record for the longest lived Atlantic tropical cyclone.

HWRF going for cat 5 now, but from NHC's latest discussion they aren't buying it yet.

Thanks. That’s enough to do major damage, power outages, flooding, down trees etc. Model looks like it could affect entire east coast. I’m hoping it takes a turn more east and goes out to sea. If slightly more west I think going to be big deal up here. Pray all stay safe.

Ok it looks like the system is strengthening faster than the models anticipated. A cat 3, 4 or 5 hurricane is very much on the cards here.

Do you want to try an experiment, how about declare to the world after you do it, that is if it works. Say to the storm and it does not hurt to ask in the name of The Lord God and his Son for extra if you have a little faith, to claim the rage in the storm, it raging ask it to calm down. In other works to dissipate the rage winds extra.

It looks like it's stalled and growing like crazy!

5AM NHC UPDATE:

A HURRICANE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WESTERN PART OF CUBA. HURRICANE WATCHES ARE UP FROM FL/AL BORDER DOWN TO SUWANNEE RIVER, FL

WINDS ARE NOW UP TO 70MPH, PRESSURE 983MB

NHC IS FORECASTING MICHAEL TO BECOME A CATEGORY 3 HURRICANE BEFORE LANDFALL.

So as we see it during the past 18 hours the NHC is gradually coming round to the idea what the models have been saying for the past couple of days which is that this will not be a tropical storm or low end hurricane but a major hurricane.
