[ link to www.facebook.com (secure)] If anyone is in Port St Joe and has anyway possible to get to 104 St. Joseph Drive Jared’s grandmother Barbara Marshall needs rescuing. She is 81 and in waist deep water, there is no way we can get to her and we haven’t been able to get her on the phone since 4:30. It’s getting later in the day and she cannot spend the night in that house alone in that water. Please anyone that can help please help. Everyone please pray!!!That's heartbreaking. Why wouldn't family get her out BEFORE the storm? I don't understand some people. Smh.. Unlike most storms where we get a week+ notice, this one barreled through the gulf and only really raised flags a couple days ago. It's an unfortunate situation for a lot of folks.
