Kavanaugh's first vote as a member of the Supreme Court could involve a Trump admin request to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census

Kavanaugh better not start recusing himself from everything like Sessions did just to prove he's not partisan or looking for revenge.

He better be PISSED AND READY FOR REVENGE in my opinion. I'm sick of hearing how perfect and impartial Kagan, Sotomayor, and Ginsberg are. PULEASE they are extreme liberal activists abusing their power on the bench.

A Supreme Court judge should not abuse his position like that. It would stain SCOTUS that's supposed to be above petty personal issues.

The number of representatives a state has is determined by it's population of citizens. Illegals included in those figures is not a true representation of the citizen population and that state will be unfairly granted extra representation in Congress. It's a big deal and explains why Cali is so welcoming of illegals to the point of protecting them. Gives the state more power and voice in Congress. So, basically, the rest of the states are being dictated to because of ILLEGALS! If those millions of illegals were not counted, Cali would lose several representatives in DC.

The Dem appointed justices have already stained it.
Ginsberg isn't above petty personal issues. She has already stated her disdain publicly for President Trump. She should be recused from this and all Trump administration issues. But I haven't seen a Dem appointed justice recuse themselves yet from any issue, even those they were personally involved with prior to becoming SC justice. Kagan is one example. She didn't recuse from Obamacare even though she was involved with it prior to getting on the court.

"They did it too" is no reason to indulge in the same wrong bevavior.

That's why I'm saying a citizenship question is pointless. Every illegal will lie and say they're a citizen.

I hope so, too, but he probably will make it appear that he isn't partisan. If I were him, after everything, I'd be raising nine kinds of hell for how my name was ran over by the shitwagon. I'd be partisan to the EXTREME.

After Bob Dornan lost his seat in Congress due to vote fraud in 1996, I was part of a Spanish-speaking team that went door-to-door looking for people who voted illegally.

I was amazed, but when we asked people if they voted and were NOT citizens, hundreds of them said YES.

We got signed affidavits from over 700 illegal aliens who admitted voting.

It was interesting to note that most thought they had been used and exploited by the dim activists.

The activists worked for Hermandad Nacional Mexicano (The Mexican National Brotherhood, a communist group). The illegals told us that the MNB guys came to their houses and had them register to vote. Later, the same activists returned to "help" them fill out the absentee ballot.

Get this: MNB was using federal funds to pay the activists. They had a contract to "educate" new citizens.

The other side of that story is that, despite the obvious fraud, the Republicans in Congress did NOTHING to help Bob Dornan. I think he was too abrasive for them, and they were glad to be rid of him.
