Good questions this thread is vague...

...could we start on Tuesday instead? Monday's are never good for me.

All I know is, I was on my way to recovery,and someone disrupted it, now ever sense I been in lower sick vile realm, angry thoughts and reactions that are keeping me in it. I want to punch throat somebody.

Ever since what I PM'ed you about, gone downhill. My health flipped from feeling and looking younger, exercising daily, cleansing, on my way to a new career, to not even able to excersize, much less take an assignment right now for an income. Cant even lift my right arm.

In the meantime, I'm done fighting those that want to see me harm, or diagnosed as delusional.

Do what you gotta do, cause that's what I'm gonna do.

Well I love you. Maybe some of my positivity can rub off onto you. Or maybe some of the negative around you will run away.

Either way. Something that helps me is to focus in on one thing, Really close and just analyze it for 30 seconds but sometimes longer. It's shape. It's look. I think on why's around the object from what I see. And by the time my thought is done. The negative is gone. (The key being to focus so hard on something and it's nature, rather than what pains you. Thus slipping your mind off it's automated thinking patterns and back into conscious control.)

I call it automated negative thought derailment. Takes care of those thoughts that won't stop running.

Most thoughts are like hooks, You need only remove the hook properly for them to stop being a problem.

After that blow I guess, once that happened it took me 4 days to recover, but after that, I knew someone had drained me, I feel like it interrupted my whole healing progress, I couldn't pull myself out of the lower it left me in, I'm guessing.
