I've been doing 'intermittent fasting' for over a year now, i even make sure i go to the gym in a fasted state. Lost 25 pounds of body fat, gained muscle, never felt or looked better.

I normally fast between 16 to 20 hours a day and eat my (good) calories in an 8 to 4 hour window. Sometimes i do the OMAD diet (one meal a day) which is 23 hours fasting with one large meal in a 1 hour window.

I will probably continue this for the rest of my life, the benefits are awesome. They say that 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' but actually it's the worst, because as soon as you eat breakfast, this spikes your insulin and you cease to have the ability to burn your fat reserves as energy.
