I thing where the confusion comes in is that Uranus was not visible to the naked eye 8000 years ago when astrology began in the Middle East. Only the first six "wanderers", as the planets were called could be seen so Saturn was assigned to Aquarius until Hershel discovered Uranus in the 1700s. Uranus is imminently more suited to the electric iridescent Uranians.
Astrology went hand in hand with a majority of presidents right from the start. People of NY vs. Evangeline Adams for instance. In the 1800s, she successfully defended herself in a lawsuit by proving Astrology was not under the"fortune telling statute". She was related to both President Adams and had both JP Morgan and CHas Swab as clients.

Nancy drove her about nuts with demands and then didnt think she had to pay her for her time at all, not even car fare.
Looking at Trumps chart, he is very open minded and would of course pay attention to any help. I like Joni Patry, she uses Vedic system, which is older and more accurate. but the one he should have on staff is the elegant genius, with two degrees from Harvard, a trained operetic baritone,six foot nine inches tall Noel Tyl. Look him up. He would be a solid gold asset.
