I'm not trained to identify if this type of thing is fake, but it sure looks like it's been made recently to me.

Re: Earliest known stone carving of Hebrew word ‘Jerusalem’
There is politics going on there right now. Of course the City of David is not in Jerusalem proper now, it was where in Luke chapter 2 vs 4 says it is.

And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; because he was of the house and lineage of David.

It was Bethlehem where Samuel the Prophet went, up to the give offering, and they were afraid of his coming. David was also born in his area. Samuel 2; 5 VS 7, Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same is the city of David.
David bought the threshing floor, Samuel 2; 18-25. This is where they built the temple to The Lord God. He bought it from from Araunah the Jebusite, The threshingfloor at this place is where God stayed the hand of the angel from Destroying Jerusalem.

Gad came and told David to go up and rear and alter there for the Lord, that why he bought it, later left the instructions for Solomon to build it. All close to the City of David, Bethlehem. I think it the same one mention is the book of Ruth about the Threshingfloor, because she, Naomi was going back to Bethlehem where her kin one being Boaz and there was Ruth and Boaz and the act at the threshingfloor to get Boaz as husband to Ruth. Bpth had become widows, Ruth came with Naomi. And the famous lines which many have hear, Where you go, I will go, your people shall be my people, Ruth to Naomi.

There is always a reason when The Lord God plans it, all is in the place he planned it. Threshingfloor, is mentioned in more than one place. There is the mention of the wheat gather after the burning of the weeds.

The Book of Ruth is important in this. Chapter 4 vs 10-11 but all of it important even before the 10-11 vs..

10. Moreover Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of Mahlon, have I purchased to be to be my wife, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye are witness this day .

11.And all the people that were in the gate, and the elders, said, We are witnesses. The Lord make the woman that is come into thine house like Rachel and Like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem.

The book of Ruth has later meanings. The Threshingfloor is the same that Ruth and Boaz were in. The son of Naomi, who line was remembered threw Ruth and Boaz, this is the seed of woman, the son was Obad, the father of Jesse the father of David.

And Hezron begat Ram, and Ram begat Amminadab,

and amminadab begat Nahshon and Nahshon begat Salmon,

And Salmon begat Boaz, and Boaz begat Obed,

And Obed begat Jesse, and Jesse begat David.

All is near Bethlehem so not the Roman Empire Jerusalem.

Actually Constantine's mother in law was Christian and went to Bethlehem and built a church there it is still there. She went there and also found scrolls of Peter, partly burned and others and the monk or priest were burning them as fire wood, so it was cold there at that time.
Sorry I got a headache

These are the times that tries men's and
women's souls!

May we come though it victorious!

there is several levels to Bethlehem sory:
"and the seven years of famine began to come, as Joseph had said. There was famine in all lands, but in all the land of Egypt there was bread.
"Gen 41
“Out of Egypt I called my son.”
