Not Constitutionally, you can't.
He can ONLY be impeached based upon actions he takes while sitting on SCOTUS.
THAT is the most dangerous revelation about these progressive assholes.
They don't care about the Constitution and they'll do what ever they can to destroy it in order to "fundamentally transform" the country.
