Having both been survivors of horrible and ruthless political denigration tactics, it stands to reason that these two justices would be much more sympathetic to protections against false and malicious speech against public officials than prior justices.

Judge K was a nice guy. Now he's going to put all of them in guillotines. I guess he needed to get a real world taste of how bad these pieces of shit are.

They get around any libel laws by all their supposedly nightly news shows actually being opt-ed programs, which is actually sad because most people aren't smart enough to understand what that means.

The government needed propaganda to be legal so they could eventually repeal the 2nd amendment. But it also comes in handy for a lot of other issues, like defamation and swinging elections.
It would make something like reporting fake school shootings legal without worry of prosecution.

If we're going all in on tort reform, lift the protection all Senators and Representative have against being charged for what libel damages they do to individuals or businesses with their speeches and talk show speak.

Yes we somehow need to force the MSM back to reporting "facts" and "evidence" and not endless Op-eds and twisted "truths".

It would help if more people started using "liberal/leftwing" and "conservative/rightwing" in their conversations. For instance, when Sarah Sanders gives press briefings, she never says those words.

She sure as hell never says that liberalism/leftism/libtardism has a knack for snuffing out the honesty, rationality, logic, integrity and compassion of people.

Her boss is starting to say things like the DNC has become too extreme and leftwing, but he still favors using words like "fake" and "crooked" when dealing with libtards.
