Breaking! Extremely dangerous Santa Ana winds to bring major fires all over California today n tomorrow! 70 mph gusts!

Was in San Diego last week, couldn't believe how dry everything was----like a tinder box.

With the winds today going be ugly

I went outside earlier this morning and the wind was blowing really hard. Dirt and sticks hitting me in the face, palm fronds flying off the tree in my front yard and littering the street.

I'm about 60 miles as crow Flys on other side of mountains of San berdo. Santa Ana winds means for us.. No wind.. Still as a lake in morning.. Plus we just had 2 half inchs of rain 2 days ago.. We're good..

We don't get Santa Ana winds here.. I look forward to the events because it means very... Still.. Air here where I'm at.. 100 percent of the time..

Been saying this since my early teens.. Because of my dad.. Why in the hell don't we bury all electric lines.. Now.. Give people jobs.. And knocks outs would be non existence. I know in New homes areas there all buried.. But like through out the country.. Why must we still look like a third world shit hole.. In some areas... Bury the damn lines already.. Good grief..

Yeah but to scream and cry fire only gives people ideas, oh wait.......

Oh, and maybe they should cut off all power to that area so people will use flame to heat cook and to see by, that way it lessens the fire danger...oh wait......

Southern California Edison says the Santa Ana winds may force it to cut power in some parts of Los Angeles and Orange counties if winds become strong enough to cause power lines to spark fires.

It’s a little windy where I am but we just had some good rain, so hopefully the ground is still wet enough to deter some of the predicted fire. We lose people and firefighters every time these fires rage. (and they’re not all Californians)
