Tucker is on Fox spouting nonsense about pot... I love Tucker, but I can't stand his views on weed.. In fact, I think most conservatives/republicans are morans when it comes to weed.
 Quoting: Boaty

Weed can cause schizophrenia in smokers which is probably why the Leftist Tards are so dam crazy. Social Justice Tards will use pot induced illness to get on Disability pay.

It doesn't have a causal relationship with schizophrenia - it may contribute to speeding up the onset in individuals who are already predisposed to developing that condition... There's also a strong suggestion that individuals who are predisposed to this condition may seek to self medicate in the years prior to actually being diagnosed or seeking medical help...

Alcohol is actually much more damaging and dangerous than many other drugs, but for some reason it's legal.
 Quoting: AC69696969

Alcohol is the elephant in the room... Drink too much of it in one night and you can die... Drink too much of it over a long duration and you can die... How many people have caused harm to others due to the inhibition lowering and mind-numbing effects of alcohol intoxication? No valid medical uses when you consider that it's actually poisoning the body (even though it can temporarily numb physical pain)...

And I say all of this while enjoying a glass of red wine... I'm not anti-alcohol - but it's entirely ridiculous how this substance collectively gets a pass and then you have this plant/substance which is nothing like it in terms of
potential to cause serious harm/danger and has at least 50+ accepted medical uses/applications but gets routinely criticized and demonized... Bizarro Upside-Down World...

Don't even get me started on our culture's acceptance of prescription drugs which may or may not contribute to suicidal thoughts, violent behavior, and suicide... No collective outrage over those harmful and potentially deadly substances... So drink until your liver fails, and take pills which may make you want to harm yourself - but don't you dare enjoy or benefit from the medicinal properties of a plant you can grow in your own spare bedroom and will never kill you...

Well, I'm not saying it should be illegal. I also think the drinking age should be lowered back to 18. Adults should be allowed to put anything into their bodies that they want to is my point. I just know that weed is actually much more beneficial to me than alcohol, but it's difficult to get so I drink to excess. (I'm fat and pass out long before alcohol poisoning could kill me because my fat ass can handle alcohol to excess, although the slow part is true).

I feel like the older generations could have handled the lower drinking age a lot better and more responsibly than today's adolescents and what I remember of myself and my peers going through high school in the 90's... Not sure how old you are but can you imagine going through high school again if the seniors would have legally been able to purchase kegs of beers at will? We already went pretty wild with alcohol, I can't imagine how much we would have consumed (and in excess) if we could have very easily obtained it at will from the older kids and our older friends... I feel like with today's youth, you will unfortunately see a surge in alcohol related driving fatalities... In some states the driving age is 18, so imagine some of these kids getting their licenses the same year that they're legally able to go to bars and get shitfaced? Not a good combination...

On another note, it's legal for you to order and take delivery of hemp (cbd) oil... Have you explored that at all for it's health benefits and ability alleviate stress and anxiety? Sure it's not going to be much fun recreationally but great for you and lots of potential uses/benefits... If you weren't already aware of it's availability you should definitely look into it...

See, that's kind of the problem though. It's seen as something that can be fun but is restricted which is what appeals to teenagers.

Lowering the drinking age would make it not so appealing. It would make it no big deal to drink.

It does seem messed up that you can legally serve your country in military conflicts and shoot and kill other human beings or be killed yourself - at the age of 18... And you can be held liable for murder and be executed (capital punishment) at the age of 18... But wait 3 more years until we think you'll be mature enough to consume alcohol...

However 18 may be too young for these current times... Now you have kids funneling hard liquor into their asses because they discovered they could get fucked up faster that way... Many more kids willing to crush up and snort any narcotics they can get their hands on - and harder drugs like heroin appear to be significantly more prevalent and popular in schools than they had been in decades past...

I think it would be sensible to keep legal access at an age beyond that of seniors in high school...

As of 10am (local time) all across the country Canadians will be able to purchase their Cannabis supplies through a "Pot Shop" if you have one in your area or through Provincially operated Online Stores.

Please remember to be respectful of your local rules and regulations including the max. quantity you may have on your person, i.e. 30 grams (about 1 oz).

Enjoy!

I never had issues walking the streets with even more, save for the generic streetsmarts cautiousness in an illegal jurisdiction. Nah, never dealt it, only for personal needs, but oftentimes more than an ounce. Bulk purchase - better price.

Congratulations, Canada! Now your youth will be too lazy to fight back against their pro-communist government! Great Work!

That being said....I'm not ashamed to admit, I am a little jealous. We could sure use a bunch more stoner lefties here.
I, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

I'm still subject to workplace drug testing, so I couldn't give a rats ass.

The local dispensary has been operating for over a year. Today it is shut down for renos. Municipal government are arguing over permits.

Fuck it. Grow your own. If you needed any horticultural experience, they wouldn't call it weed.
 Quoting: Deplorable Klinger

Wow that sucks man, I'm sure you could get any with smoking a few doobies... at least I FUCKING HOPE SO. It is LEGAL now right? You should be allowed to have weed in your drug test results... same with alcohol ....

But weed isn't easy to grow btw... I know people say it is, but it really is a science...

We are allowed to have 4 plants were household, so obviously I will try growing shortly... I highly doubt I'll be succesful the first few times tho....

Millenials have been programmed by TV to believe every simple skill is difficult.

I grew it back in the 80s. Back then I had a hydroponic setup with a 4 tube 48" flouorescent light fixture on adjustable chains in a walk-in closet. My first try, I grew 7 plants of sensimilla. They were 6 feet tall, thick and bushy within 3 months.

That was way more than I needed for personal and my MS afflicted mom. Today I would just germinate the seeds, put them in large pots beside little grow lights mounted vertically, and treat them like any houseplants.

After my first crop, I would collect a bunch of seeds, throw the rest in ditches around town and start growing only females.

I can't remember what book I used as reference. It was either "Grow your Own Stone" or " A Child's Garden of Grass"
They were both popular in the day.

Typical left NPC banter, accuse opposition of being racist, ignorant, etc. because you have no inner monologue of your own and can't form individual thoughts.

You're clearly too stupid to understand that drugs are, and have been used to subdue the people for decades. This is nothing new. Its well documented. And the timing of it happening now, leads me to believe this is more of the same.

You think Trump is gonna allow weed to be legalized in the US? Keep dreaming.
