If you have that, might want to add extra toward principal to get rid of it sooner. I think it goes away once you paid off at least 20% of the loan? It will free up cash flow for you to spend on something else or just add more toward principal to pay down the loan faster. 102K is pretty low so depending on how much you make from the job, you'd pay it off rather quickly if you wanted to. There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true. |
