They will screen all your email, with delays up to a day, some email may well disappear. One bank sent me two emails, the first one came right through, the second one (sent within seconds) didn't come through for two hours. I was on the phone with the bank "I've never seen this before" was the comment from the support person who worked for the bank. He sends these kinds of emails all day long.

Your phone connection may be terminated or not connected. Going to Japan, my wife and daughter's phone connected right away, my phone wouldn't connect for four days. My carrier said everything was fine, but the connection was refused by the Japanese carrier.

Phone calls do not arrive. People tell me they called and got a message like the phone had been disconnected (it's not).

Things have gone from monitoring to active denial of communications. This is illegal, even if someone can get a wiretap.
