Im at the hospital now

My ma is on her way out, she's dying

I hope her crossing is effortless and that she had Faith, someone is waiting to take her hand

She got breast cancer a couple years ago
and it went in remission

Then it returned in her bones, stage 4 very agressive

But recently she got very sick with pneumonia and she has no immunity

It all happened so fast

I watched my father in law go in a similar fashion and my father within a month... It's scary, it hurts... I'm truly sorry my friend

Damn I am so so so sorry...

I can't imagine how I'd feel if my mom died. I usually like to think I am pretty good about dealing with life's pain, but that is something that would fuck with me.

Be well Centurionx... At least as well as you can at a time like this. You and your mom will be in my thoughts.

I'm not used to having to deal with all this emotional stuff, I'm usually very grounded

It's like, wanting to cry and punch a hole through the wall at the same time

Do all of it in a safe space. Cry, scream, stomp your feet, pray, but stay hydrated. It will take a while but you have the rest of your life to be upset, no need in squeezing all of it into a small amount of time.
