I Think Texas Will Be Hit With Heavy Rain From Mexico's CAT 5 !

Texas was flooded with heavy heavy rain last week. I heard it was really bad. Now I look at the Pacific Satellite Loop and this CAT 5 hurricane looks like it will sweep across central Mexico and directly into Texas. Giving them a second round of historic flooding. I have not heard any weather forecasts for Texas....it's just what I see on the satellite loop. Doom on for Texas flooding.
