You do not beat on the babies back, you gently rock with pats to help let out the air and gas to make motion to ease digestion.

A little tummy that has never digested anything before goes through horrible pain and even more when over filled. When they cry we over fill them some more causing more pain.

The early phase of only colosterum is hard enough on them and helps with the adjustment. Do not start them on more because you think they are crying from hunger. A little moisture on your finger will help with the need for suckle.

Best cure I found was STOP ALL DAIRY - milk butter and by-products

Found formula for premies NUTRAMIGEN - pre-digested and made cereal with that when solids came it - used until age two! For french toast and baking for him.

Then switched to that special milk with enzymes for a couple more years

Could not digest HFCS and sick as a dog at birthday parties with junk food ALL containing corn syrup

He still watches what he eats as an adult - but is healthy happy and productive human. Married another "colicky" as a baby wife and they are food critics! Haha

I also don't believe in all the hype the creams are supposed to provide, cellular turnover and collagen production requires skin exfoliation and not with scrubs! the skin needs a light acid, I use stridex pads daily in the fall, winter up to spring because you can burn in the sun. salicylic acid, I also use glycolic acid peels every couple years (I do those myself, easy fast and cheap).

for lotion I only use for a protective layer and scent, baby lotions on my face and body. Sometimes I will use a baby wash for my face too but usually it's just a bar of gentle soap like dove.

60 dollars/bottle seems awfully high. I think I paid about 20.00/bottle.

No alcohol, I use only coconut oil as moisturizer and make up removal, and I only wash my face when I shower, which is every day or every other day.

Hell that's easy. I only have one.

Here is a good tip for you. My cousin is a naturopath and whenever she sees an older woman with great skin she asks them their secret.

Almost without exception they are using something with Rosehip Oil in it. She started using it herself years ago and she is 40 with hardly a line on her face. So I have started to use it too.
