When you're having to throw cash into last minute ads thats bad... thats what they did with Hillary once the figured out they were losing Michigan and Wisconsin. Its money that needs to be spent elsewhere and the coffers are getting low...thats why Obamas out there...he can fundraise... Political campaigns run on money and tracking where its being spent gives the best indication of where campaigns are in trouble.
