So the two hand delivered fake bombs that I know of were found in NY (Soros and CNN). So what they're saying is that a man from Florida mailed most of them... but drove to New York, hand delivered two, and then drove back to Florida?

That doesn't make any sense.

What are you disagreeing with? Both the Soros bomb and the one that ended up at CNN weren't delivered by postal service. They had incorrect stamp value and were not marked redeemed - never accepted by the postal service.

So someone hand delivered these in NY.
