How on earth do you traffic “food stamps” when they haven’t existed since changing to EBT? I know that back in the day, actual food stamps were sold for $.75 per $1. But how do you do that when it’s digital? (Maybe I’m just naive and not that tech savvy)

I saw a youtube video about 5 years ago where a woman in California was claiming you'd have to be stupid to work in the United States though and proceeded to talk of how her and her friend got money for child care and housing and paid each other somehow.

I really do not know. I have a hypothesis. They go to crooked shop keeper and pretend to buy lets say $100.00 in grocery items. The vendor gives the card holder $80.00 keeps $20.00 and gets to keep the goods that where allegedly sold and sell them still.

Absolutely. They own all the convenient stores. They get busted for ebt fraud and its a slap on the hand...they lose their license ti accept ebt for a few months and then they're right back to it. People sell their amts for 50%. Many get cash on their accts too. Sending food boxes is a better idea.

I’ve seen EBT scams near the Mexican border at a Walmart. People stand outside the garden entrance and offer to buy grocery items in exchange for cash. I have never witnessed it on a mass scale but I bet this is one method of scamming the program. If you buy someone’s groceries for a fraction of the cost in return, both sides “win” essentially. It’s illegal but two poor people profiting off each other is hard to pass up when you’re desperate.

In Canada we do not have EBT or food stamps. One thing I do know that happens with Chinese and Arab store owners who deal what ever or do what ever in violation of the law and they get caught they shuffle ownership of the biz over to another name / entity, assume the lease and carry on as an employee or a "silent partner"

Back in the late 80's in my high school years I landed a sweet retail job selling hi end luggage, wallets and purses, oh so many purses. Two brothers owned it, they where East Indian from Africa. They would go to Mosque to speak to the people there about loans, shuffling debt, creating credit references for one another, and applying for leases and credit under some ones sons name in exchange for a cut of the business off the books. The real accounting was done at "prayer" They where fully Canadian and going to prayers was just business and being "accountable" if you know what I mean, they where not radical and the shifty things they did where for their own benefit and in attempts to save a chain of retail shops, which did not happen they went into receivership anyways but they kept the houses, cars etc. and what they ended up owing was interest free because it was all done under private sharia lending. They where not just donating to the Mosque they where paying of their debts. In any event they shafted public creditors and walked away.

It blows me away that we do not hear the term Mosque Mafia more often.

EBT fraud is not shocking and it is not a Muslim thing per say, but some of their ranks must get a real kick out of using your tax dollars to fund death squads.

They buy food items, then sell it for half price (or whatever) to either individuals or local stores.

There is a Piggly Wiggly in my old neighborhood that always had insanely low prices. I have seen Publix brand products being sold there...

The DACA's have a hand in this terrorism also, intentionally or not. If they want citizenship so badly, they should be fined the equivalent of the taxpayer money they received under false pretexts, on the local, state and national levels. There should be additional fines for those that have been using stolen SS#'s during their occupation, or just deport them for criminal behavior. Abuse of in-state tuition rules should also be punished, since they received these breaks ahead of legal US citizens wanting to attend state colleges.

Many places directly trade food stamps for stuff like Spice. That's one reason the synthetic cannabinoids became so popular at convenience stores.
