Underwater nukes don't produce tsunamis.
Just look at the 15 megaton hydrogen bomb test at the Bikini atolls in the late 1950's.

Look at the actual videos of the "tsunami".
It didn't even capsize the ships parked there.
Film taken from shore (about 2 miles away) show a 5-6 foot swell hitting the beach.
