Nothing new.

I knew a Coast Guard officer in the 1970s who told me a story about a coastie stationed at a research camp on an iceberg.

Said they got to drinking and the coastie accused his shipmate of cheating.

Threw the guy off the berg. Coast Guard had declare the berg as a "ship" to prosecute the killer.

The guy I knew said the isolation is too much for some people to handle.

Bullshit it all sounds like a major cover-up
