This is just another tinfoil-hat moment that can't be proven and everybody buys it in and it is pinned up here? No doubt that Google and Facebook read text messages sent with their services, they do that because they use machine learning to do things with a i and you opt into all of this if you bothered to read your terms and services. This is an SMS text message which isn't read by anything and if you're overly concerned, you can send these with a different app on Android just install something not made by Google or Facebook.
