Mr Darwin how did mindless 'evolution' create the nuts, grains, fruits and vegetables to feed creatures without even knowing they exist?

I'm afraid you've got the process backwards. The animals that could get adequate nutrition from the plants in their habitat survived. The one's who couldn't live off the local plants didn't survive. (Imagine a cow on a south Sea island.)

I would think by now, you'd have studied enough of what you're fighting, to stop asking stupid questions. If you're going to oppose the theory of evolution, at least challenge us with something we'd have to think about more than 2 seconds.

Evolution gave the seed carrying plants tasty fruits berries and stuff, so that animals would eat them, and evacuate their bowels so that seeds were dropped inside fertilizer. Bad fruits would not get eaten and those plants died off.
