Of course He did, the 10 commandments were proven not to be able to be fulfilled by the religionists, as even they disobeyed them.
Only Jesus fulilled the 10 commandments in spirit and in truth even though the dam scribes and pharisees kept saying he was a law breaker.
NO one can obey all the 10 comandments, maybe they can pretend to, but they can never fulfill them in the SPIRIT.
Jesus ' commandment was to love one another,
The religionists love LAW as then they can deem themselves not to be sinners, and superior to the rabble.

Jesus mentions the 10 Commandments several times, as do the Apostles. It wasn't the 10 C's that Jesus took issue with, it was the Pharisitic teachings / mandates such as the oral Talmud etc...
