I do believe we are capable of things beyond even our imagination. I think certain minerals and nutrients are important (on the physical plane) as the information coding needs something to imprint on. Of course, if you can pull the energy from the zero point field then it can happen spontaneously as our body is truly a hologram (energy patterns into matter)...unfortunately many are bombarded with unnatural frequencies that limit the connection with these information fields. I think many are starting to experience the changes but literally have no clue what is going on, we are such a distracted and fear based society. Old ancestral patterns then begin to come up to clear and the coding is being re-written. I think memories are being re-written as well.
