After the pain goes away it seems to start working. I do want to find something else. I have guaifenesin that I got from doc a few months ago. I just don't take it very often. But I may start now. Pepcid is available here. Thanks for the advice. I'll definitely ponder it...  Have you ever fasted on chicken bone broth? I've heard it's a good way to heal gut issues. As Americans, sometimes we forget that our diet is only a few generations removed from the "old country" which was a completely different, clean, and organic diet our genetic ancestors lived on for thousands of years. Fast forward to industrialized America, and you have shitty food and shitty health. No I never have. But I will look into it. Yes I know all this processed food is bad for us. But I don't live where I can grow my own. We don't have any organic stores in this small town. Thanks for the advice. |
