Thats funny because Congressional races have nothing to do with the electoral college.
His logic makes no sense whatsoever.

The popular vote is how dictatorships elect dictators. The communist left so want to be America's dictators. Unfortunately, 2 generations of public school run by the left have eliminated civics classes that used to educate students on how our Constitutional government works. Two generations of students now know nothing about our government and are easily swayed by the left to vote for the left.
