CNN's Jim Acosta Assaulted a White House Staffer! HE MUST BE FIRED!!

It bothered the President. He came from around the podium to address that specific action by creepy Acosta.

He could take all the crap while behind the podium. But then it literally got physical with his young staffer.

In looking at it again, I notice that after he hits the crook of her arm, she once again put her hand on the mic and then Acosta puts his hand up in the same area and touches her hand with his. At that moment she quickly tales her hand away from his.

We all know if a conservative did the same thing to a woman in a press briefing, he could kiss his job goodbye and the crazies on the left would make sure he never had a peaceful day again.

Assault and battery isn't an opinion. It's a fact and has been recorded on video. He touched her, actually seems to have pushed her arm away, without her consent. Read the legal definitions.

As a woman, you should know that your opinion on what you think was bad or not doesn't matter in these affairs. Chocolate milk or stealing a hat, assault is a serious matter when there is a dispute. Also, this is clearly battery, the unwanted touching of the person. There is also the clear element of making that person feel threatened, not least because of the shock value of refusing to hand over the mike and fighting over it. Acosta lost it, and should be shunned. Glad I'm not married to him!

Far, far worse than Cory Lewandowski in 2016. Then, he was actually in the right, acting as security and preventing an unauthorized person from getting within touching distance of the candidate. It wasn't a friendly person.

This is clear. What is amazing is that all the reports being repeated on twitter and the media are ignoring his act. Trump isn't pushing it, and they won't unless he makes it necessary.

This will not stand. Trump knows, he people know. This is a square on the board to watch. They were very lenient in merely revoking his pass. VERY. Perhaps too lenient and this may embolden another. Dangerous waters!

no consent from the victim.

Assault need not include the touching, merely the threat, acting to intimidate or frighten another person.

The battery need not include the intent to harm the person. Battery is 100% clear here. No gray area.

Assault because we can see her shrink away from him that last time. She demonstrably was threatened by his behavior. Battery just because he touched her in that way.

It is obvious that the conservatives are waiting for Trump here. They don't want to put him in the hot seat of having to act further, even though it's clearly warranted.
