Not just wearing mask. "If passed, Bill HR 6054 would punish anyone wearing a mask or disguise who "injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates" someone else exercising a right guaranteed under the Constitution." Doesn't sound unreasonable unless there is more fine print not being mentioned. |

They're not doing "anything" but your mother feels unable to continue and turns around. They have forced her to take a longer journey home. She gets home late, you ask her why. I'm not sure they did anything. I can't find the law right now but infringement of a constitutional right is already against the law. I'm not sure the penalty but it's illegal whether or not you wear a mask. There is also a law in most states that prohibits mask being worn in public. I have to knock some dust off legal books to find the source but I think the only real benefit is the fifteen years.
