Not saying it was false flag or real. I will say, MANY people who have never experienced something like this, especially young people, have similar reactions. It is a combination of shock and awe and a feeling that they can't believe what just happened. Kids today have seen thousands of movies and tv shows with this kind of insanity, they go into a state of total disbelief and they have no control over how they express their emotions...crying or being sad is not always the typical reaction after a traumatic experience, a sense of disbelief and not being able to process what just happened is far more normal.

As to whether it was staged, etc, no idea.

HIPAA are minimal standards for compliancy. Most states have state laws that supersede these minimalcompliance. Even some county ordinances go even stronger to stregthen these.

And also that's bogus about posting the rescription history. Go ahead and do that and let's see if your still employed tomorrow. Most EHRs will flag unauthorised employee access to patient records and forward these to the health care records / HR coordinator or similar positions.
