Women normally fluctuate one degree up and down during their cycle.
So, she may naturally go 97.6/98.6 (fertile and non fertile times)
Women are, actually, naturally a bit bi-polar.
Which is probably why when menopause is developing, the woman has sensations of surges of temperature changes.
