I hope she suffers miserably until the last second she is on this earth.

I had just bruised ribs when I was in my 30's and it was painful as fck, she's done.

Poor Ruth, maybe she should take some time off and recuperate at that Texas ranch where Scalia used to go. Might be good for her health to get away from it all.

She's older than the Supreme Court itself. When a Justice on the SCOTUS can't stay awake through a session it's time to retire. Everyone knows she's barely hanging on just to thwart Trump. A Dem house can't stop him putting in a third Justice

Seeing this headline, I had to take a step back. For a second there, I was really excited that she was close to death.

I might be a hardcore right winger, but it's not good to wish death on people. In that thought, I hope she recovers and realizes life is short, and it's time for her to enjoy the rest of her days retired.

But seriously - 3 broken ribs at her age? I had a friend in college who had a rib pop out of place durring one of our rugby matches and I had to pretty much take care of him afterwards. It was hell on him; every single breath was accompanied with pain. I can’t imagine what Ruth is going through. If she pulls out of this, I will be very surprised.

My dad broke a few ribs riding a 4-wheeler and it tipped over on top of him. It's very painful, breaking those bones, but fracturing them alone won't kill you (unless you puncture something, duh), it's the pneumonia you can develop from not properly breathing and clearing your airways that can do you in. They gave him this little device for him to exercise his lungs with to keep them open and clear. He hardly used it, but thankfully he didn't develop any issues...





The old battle axe has some of the best care in the world. She'll survive.

RBG has a mind like a steel trap. I do not appreciate her Left leanings, and would not have been my choice, but when she came out during an interview and said she did not like the way Kavanaugh was being treated, my respect for her rose.
