Here's a crisis actor at her finest: She even mentions Route 91 towards the end and her story makes zero sense.

Yeah same here. After the initial shock of losing one or more of my family members due to some random mass shooter/murderer I am certain I'd begin my grieving process, but that woman doesn't even seem to be in shock either.
