Abuse, seeing too much harm. Not being able to stop certain things. Ive had it all my life. Isolation. Fight or flight. Always picking the wrong action (fight or flight). There are times when I invison myself getting up and attacking people because they are doing something that causes me to feel like I can't escape them or the pressure. Feeling trapped. Being alone is better, Nobody gets hurt but me that way. There is no pharmaceutical that helps it. Weed is a good escape but not a cure by any means. Having a dog would be nice. Maybe some day.

yep.
Happens in stages of grieving too. Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. We keep going in circles, maybe because we are afraid of depression or think depression will kill us (it won't in many cases), and we are frozen.

BUT in cases of PTSD there are cases of near death. In mine he tried to murder me. So my Spidey sense were telling me to be aware. But murderers don't announce themselves and I didn't know what to look for. So my body was telling me to freeze and look around, so that I could make the appropriate changes.

Defense Mechanisms are there for a reason.

Most with PTSD aren't going to want to talk about it on a site like this. They, 90 percent of the time want to hide it. Its not an illness that ex military want to tell all about having.

God tells us without a vision the people perish..... .P.T.S.D. is exactly a lack of a vision of a future!!! The solution is scriptural and not secular . The suffering must find a vision of the future ! Do not confuse this with hope ! Hope is the secular answer who's end is death ! No , a vision of the future is a foresight into it ! It means it is REAL ! Hope is nothing ! Want , wish , hope , these things are nothing and dangerous!!! A vision means ACTION !

Jesus Christ IS THE HEALER.

HE Comes with Healing in His Wings.

Psalm 103:1-5: Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

What Satan has meant for evil, God, The Father can use to turn it around for good and to His Glory.

Seek Him in ALL tests, trials and tribulation.

I went almost 6 months without a night terror . Thought i was over it . Last night i woke my wife up screaming for help in my sleep . This was at about 7 a.m eastern , About hour and a half ago . She had to wake me up said i was fighting for breath an it scared her . I could tell when i opened my eyes that i was short on breath, felt like my lungs were collapsing ..
I can remember some of the nightmare but not all of it . It started out i was being chased down a mountain by a huge mountain lion . I jumped a barbed wire fence and got away. The next part i was in an old abandon house basement and a very frightning spirit yelled out to me . It doesnt sound that bad , but there was something about the demonic present that really scared the shit out of me ...

I always feel really exhausted and worn out after these episodes .. i think it scares my wife more than me .. this time i could not get back to sleep because i was scared it would happen again ...

Just went atleast 6 months without any sleeping issues ... started a new job yesterday and i guess it triggered something in my conciousness .... Bad omen , maybe i shouldnt work here .
 Quoting: Righteous1AtHeart

*You have obstructive sleep apnea. Get a sleep study done to confirm, and start CPAP therapy. You’re condition will continue causing cardiovascular damage until you are compliant with treatment. Until then, you have a significantly higher chance of dying in your sleep if not treated (stop breathing and not wake up).

a friend is a military officer. he suffers from it.

because of his constant hyper-vigilance, he saved his wife from being beaten to a pulp by a gang member. His wife was jogging out in front of their home, and he heard her screaming. He was able to run to her and save her life.

in this case, it was a blessing...

I’ve had two instances of flashbacks. I hope that’s it. It was absolutely terrifying and incredibly vivid. Not military. I’m doing better with that and other issues because I have a good support system. I think a lot of people don’t. And even the ones that might, hide it. Maybe helping others like them would help them. If you know what it feels like, if you can relate, there is a willingness and empathy to help and see to it that they are genuinely helped, and suffering is lessened. Some people maybe get triggered helping others though...

I didn't watch because I treat it and it is a wide range of symptoms from injury physical and/or psychological. It's as individual as the veteran and a lot of times they don't even know all the origens it might be coming from or if they are still taking damage.

So its a bit of a study, each one, to tailor treatment stages and strategies to expect a reduction and progress, but the care they get is - I can't understand it, it just seems "pallative" without even as much consideration as I already described. When the same symptom can come from several causes, treating by the symptom likely isn't doing much for the cause.
Targeted cause care with non poisonous stuff can go a long way for most guys and its an easy practice because when they do get some relief and see about any difference, they become enthusiastic and half you work is done.

But if they are suffering excessively and taking damage still, they just are not getting care that goes deeper than a teaspoon and I encounter drs that are apathetic, dumber than a fking potato? Because if they aren't, they're doing it on purpose?!?
The care they get and the money they have to spend on self care are the main problem in many cases.

They can be under the impression it is "all in thier head" and it is melting them off because they have a condition that is terminal that is also aggravated by stress. So you have even a low/med boil stress person with the systemic condition and they are literally physically burning up (looks like melting off) every day because thier underlying condition is never ever in remission.

And yes, even tho actual authentic "treatment" helps most if they find it, there are cases that are only so treatable and no good outcomes. There are still things you can do for them and that's what you do.

There is also this general "smiling chad" posterboy "image" of successful treatment. On the real, most people do not want to jump up and blow thier new found peace being all that they can be. Relieved to tolerable, they like who they be and you have to separate the physical condition and state of mind from the outward. They don't always go get a haircut and dance, sometimes they are just happy to be unshaved and boxers in maximum comfort again.

So I guess I see the 3 great treatment deficits as diagnostic, strategic and economic - the half ass assessment and symptomatic drugs are all many of them can afford unless they locate practitioners and programs that work to ameliorate that and increase less-hassle success.

It is better than it has been so far and more and more programs like HeroGrown get started.

ptsd is a expierence.

to say you dont have ptsd is like saying you never felt the expierence of falling and the effects of gravity left a invisible scar where suddenly everytime you think of falling you think associated senses.

my form of ptsd is a lack of trust in childhood. so as an adult my interception of trust is all over the place. with ptsd people take longer to make decisions AND expierence discomforting emotions.

for someone who can be anyone; ptsd will most likely always associate with the influence of close personal connections and judgement issues that border the line of the living between the dead. ptsd viewers see blank spaces while ptsd users expand time by sequencing every possible angle, concept, color, and tone of image. i think alot of what is felt is highly emotional biased and what really is happening is a spiritual duplex. where the mind splits two varying spirtual energies and activates them rhythmic in back and forth order.

i think the goal is to expierence all expierence at one time. which is consequentally impossible but through the third eye is achieved at a nominal rate. its outstanding how smooth it should occur because the mind will simulate it to the only active background it has which is illusion.

ptsd users high probability of them relive death in so many ways unimaginable. to defeat that context we would have identify death as a nonreoccuring instance. ptsd users defeat death way more than is objectively possible.

if any sense: i think a human consciousness is like a loading bar. it absolutely has to reach full bar and when it does, it will be so fucking apparent.

I posted alot of threads here.....I guess I just needed to know that somewhere things were documented and things I knew would not be lost

I replay horrific things that occurred and other things I witnessed frequently, I don't hardly go out of the house anymore, I no longer trust people, I can have the sadness of so many things overwhelm me at times so that I am unable to do things for weeks

Life will never be good for me again....life will never be the same......I guess I am grateful for my child or there would be nothing here for me at all

not really. cuz the body stores memories in our cells, and every now and then something can trigger the memory of the trauma and boom there it is, like its happening all over again.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is due to unresolved emotional trauma of either a mental, physical, emotional or sexual origin. It could be the result of direct (mental, physical or emotional) abuse or witnessing abuse.

With the appropriate treatment one can work through the emotional after-affects of PTSD.

Healing (recovery) often occurs through the retelling of the source of trauma event (often multiple times) and going through (experiencing) the emotional stages associated with grief. Body work is also effective in releasing traumatic cellular memories.

Often associated with PTSD are anxiety attacks when someone is triggered by feeling emotionally or physically threatened.

Many people have overcome PTSD and live happy lives. One just has to know that it is possible.

One way toward resolving trauma is to retell the story in a safe environment or by journal writing. Another is via art, music ... being creative in some fashion as creativity is also a pathway toward healing the wound that created the PTSD to begin with.

You gotta know by now, that the previous govts were DEEPSTATE. And they don't give a fuck about soldiers.
They call them expendables. Hence, the very bad coctails of vaxx, experimental ones, too.
Plus the uranium ammunition, inhaling the fumes from heated guns... ?? There are videos out there talking this.
