Most with PTSD aren't going to want to talk about it on a site like this. They, 90 percent of the time want to hide it. Its not an illness that ex military want to tell all about having.
Quoting: Kitty Kat True. Sufferers aren't connecting with support because of the silence and support groups are forming because they aren't coming forward... sad situation. Alanon helps, the systematic 12 steps is multipurpose. And Alanon is established. There aren't many others that are as strong and there should be.
